California border officers find man hidden inside seat of car in act of ‘inhumane’ smuggling

Border officers in Southern California discovered a Mexican national concealed inside a rear seat of a car attempting to cross into the U.S. on Monday in what the agency called yet another example of “inhumane” smuggling tactics.
